Job Shadowing & Testing Assignments

🛑 Effective Immediately:
No employee, trainee, or contractor will be assigned to a testing site where a close relative (spouse, domestic partner, child, etc.) is currently employed.

🔒 This policy protects donor privacy, prevents perceived conflicts of interest, and ensures we uphold the highest standards in the field.

📌 Note: Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Final assignment decisions are at the sole discretion of MaJor Rezults management.

Each quarter, my team and I are given 90 days to complete random drug and alcohol testing for multiple clients across various states.

I set high standards — and I’m proud to say we’ve successfully completed all assigned onsite tests in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina within the first 30 days of the quarter. ✅

Why is this a big deal?

Because now I have the freedom to shift my focus to our growing territories in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi for the remainder of the quarter! 🚛📍
