Pain you can actually see.

Dr. Jonathan Cudnik in action performing a minimally invasive Plantar Fasciitis Embolization (PFE) in our office-based lab. Using advanced imaging guidance, Dr. Cudnik is able to directly target the abnormal inflamed blood vessels fueling chronic heel pain.

Swipe to see the imaging from the procedure — the “blushing” visible before embolization represents the inflammation and excess blood flow associated with plantar fasciitis. After the embospheres are deployed, that abnormal blood flow is gone.

Genicular Artery Embolization (G*E) is a minimally invasive procedure that reduces inflammation and chronic knee pain by targeting the small arteries around the knee.

A 79-year-old patient came to us facing amputation due to advanced Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD), with gangrene and non-healing wounds on his foot. Like many patients, he had already been told amputation was his only option.

Dr. Cudnik performed a minimally invasive atherectomy to restore blood flow—initiating healing and ultimately saving his leg, without open surgery.

Major amputation carries serious risks—nearly half of elderly patients don’t survive the first year. PAD is serious, but it is treatable. Amputation is not the only option.
