Meet Roger Culver, Our Physician Liaison!
We’re proud to officially introduce Roger Culver, who joined the Premier Vascular team this past spring. Roger brings more than two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, having worked in the field since 1999 — including a long and successful tenure at Houston Healthcare.

As our Physician Liaison, Roger serves as a vital connection between our providers and the patient community. He helps ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the continuum of care; working closely with referring physicians, clinics, and healthcare partners to strengthen relationships and support the best possible outcomes for patients.

In addition to his work with providers, Roger leads our outreach efforts, expanding access to education, resources, and information about the vascular conditions we treat. His knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and genuine commitment to patient outcomes make him an invaluable part of our mission.

Effective immediately, Premier Vascular providers are no longer seeing patients at Atrium Hospitals.

This change does not affect our clinic operations, our outpatient office remains open and fully operational, continuing to provide the high-quality, personalized vascular care you’ve come to expect.

We also want to reassure our patients that we remain affiliated with Piedmont Hospitals, where we continue to care for hospitalized patients as needed. In the event of a vascular emergency, we strongly recommend visiting a Piedmont Hospital location.

⚠️Facing amputation of his leg, this 79 year old patient was referred to us with advanced Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD), presenting with gangrene and non-healing wounds on the right foot.

Utilizing minimally-invasive atherectomy, Dr. Cudnik was able to restore blood flow to the foot and jumpstart the healing process—saving his leg from amputation with NO open surgery. This procedure, like many options we offer, was performed at our office as an outpatient treatment.
