A 79-year-old patient came to us facing amputation due to advanced Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD), with gangrene and non-healing wounds on his foot. Like many patients, he had already been told amputation was his only option.

Dr. Cudnik performed a minimally invasive atherectomy to restore blood flow—initiating healing and ultimately saving his leg, without open surgery.

Major amputation carries serious risks—nearly half of elderly patients don’t survive the first year. PAD is serious, but it is treatable. Amputation is not the only option.

If you or a loved one has been told amputation is necessary, call us ASAP for a second opinion. 478-250-9785

April is Limb Loss Awareness Month — a reminder of how much can be lost.

Amputation is often the end result of advanced vascular disease, but it doesn’t have to get that far. With the right care at the right time, many limbs can be saved.
At Premier Vascular, we focus on early intervention, restoring blood flow, and changing the course of the disease.

If you’re experiencing leg pain, non-healing wounds, or changes in your feet, don’t wait to get evaluated. Call us to schedule a consultation: 478-250-9785

Relief from chronic elbow pain.... without surgery!
Premier Vascular is proud to offer embolization for tennis and golfer's elbow, a minimally invasive, image-guided procedure that targets the source of your pain at the blood vessel level.
Unlike cortisone shots or open surgery, embolization works by reducing the abnormal blood flow feeding inflamed tissue around your elbow. The result? Lasting relief through a tiny pinhole incision, with most patients back to their routine within days — not weeks.
Why patients are choosing embolization: No general anesthesia. Same-day outpatient procedure. Minimal downtime. No surgical scars. Proven results when other treatments have failed

If rest, bracing, and injections haven't given you the relief you deserve, it may be time for a different approach. Schedule your consultation to find out if elbow embolization is right for you: gaelbow.com

March is National Kidney Month, a reminder that kidney health and vascular health go hand in hand.

Your kidneys rely on strong, healthy blood flow to filter waste, regulate blood pressure, and keep your body balanced. Conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and vascular disease can affect circulation — placing added strain on the kidneys over time.

At Premier Vascular, we care for patients at every stage of vascular health, from improving circulation and managing arterial disease to supporting patients with kidney disease through dialysis access creation and maintenance. Protecting blood flow helps protect vital organs — including your kidneys.

If you have circulation concerns, kidney disease, or risk factors like hypertension or diabetes, early evaluation can make a meaningful difference.

Schedule a consultation and take a proactive step toward better vascular health.

Heavy periods. Pelvic pressure. Bloating that won’t budge.
If fibroids are interfering with your daily life, you may be a candidate for uterine fibroid embolization (UFE) — a minimally invasive treatment that can shrink fibroids and relieve symptoms without a hysterectomy.

Our board-certified vascular specialists perform UFE in an outpatient setting using a tiny catheter to target the fibroids at their source. No large incisions. No long hospital stay.

Wondering if UFE is right for you? Start with a consultation and imaging review with our team.

Heavy periods. Pelvic pressure. Constant bloating that won’t go away.

These aren’t just “normal” cycle changes — they can be signs of uterine fibroids.

Fibroids are common, but living with the symptoms doesn’t have to be. From prolonged bleeding and fatigue to frequent urination and pelvic discomfort, many women experience daily disruption without realizing minimally invasive treatment options exist.

At Premier Vascular, our board-certified vascular specialists offer nonsurgical Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE) to help shrink fibroids and relieve symptoms — without a hysterectomy or hospital stay.

If fibroid symptoms are affecting your quality of life, we’re here to help.
