The next frontier in medicine isn’t another drug.

It’s a radical shift in how we view the body, the brain, and disease itself.

Depression is often rooted in systemic inflammation, gut dysbiosis, mitochondrial dysfunction, insulin resistance, trauma, or disrupted circadian rhythms. ADHD may be tied to neuroinflammation, poor blood sugar control, or nutritional gaps like low magnesium, zinc, or omega-3s. And heart disease? It’s largely a food-borne illness, driven by a diet of ultra-processed, inflammatory, nutrient-poor calories.

There is no single root cause. But there are root causes.
And they are almost always connected by lifestyle, environment, and systems-level dysfunction.

Medications have their place… But they were never designed to reverse chronic disease. They manage symptoms, often while the underlying dysfunction worsens.

If we want to reverse the chronic disease epidemic, mental and physical, we need to stop asking what drug treats this and start asking why the body lost balance in the first place.

The answer isn’t in the pharmacy… It’s in how we eat, move, sleep, connect, and live.
It’s in our soil, our food system, our communities, our kitchens.

The next revolution in medicine will come not from the lab but from returning to the root.

🚨 BREAKING SIDS ALERT: Study Links Childhood Vaccines to Deadly Brainstem Failure

A jaw-dropping study from the McCullough Foundation, published in Toxicology Reports on May 26, 2025, suggests childhood vaccines may trigger Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) by causing brainstem failure.

Authors Nicolas Hulscher and Dr. Peter McCullough dive into decades of data, revealing that 75.5% of SIDS cases reported to VAERS from 1990 to 2019 occurred within 7 days of vaccination, with a staggering 57× spike in reports on day 2.

The hypothesis points to toxic vaccine ingredients like aluminum adjuvants, formaldehyde, and polysorbate 80 overwhelming immature infant livers, leading to inflammation and dysfunction in the brainstem’s cardiorespiratory centers. This could disrupt breathing and heart rate during sleep, causing sudden death.

Historically, SIDS rates climbed as the childhood vaccine schedule grew from 3 to 17 vaccines between 1980 and 2005, despite efforts like the “Back to Sleep” campaign. A 1980s New Zealand case saw SIDS drop when vaccination compliance fell, adding weight to the theory.

Animal studies and autopsies suggest aluminum can cross the blood-brain barrier, inflaming the medulla oblongata, a key area for vital functions.

With 51% of VAERS SIDS cases occurring within 3 days of vaccination, the study demands urgent research into vaccine safety and screening protocols.

No federal action has addressed this potential link, leaving infants vulnerable.

You know where I stand on human vaccines, but I want to offer my perspective on animal vaccinations—something I feel strongly about through years of working in rescue and volunteering in the veterinary field.

From my experience, I believe that initial vaccinations for cats and dogs are both beneficial and necessary. That means first shots and boosters, all completed by the time the animal is a year old. Unlike many of the human diseases we vaccinate for—most of which are now rare or eradicated—the diseases targeted in animals, like distemper and parvovirus, are still very much active and contagious in the pet population.

While vaccines don’t guarantee full immunity, they do reduce the likelihood of infection and give the animal’s immune system a better chance of fighting off the disease if exposed. That can mean the difference between a mild case and a fatal one.

That said, aside from rabies—which is legally required—annual vaccinations are not mandated by law, nor do I believe they are always necessary. If there were evidence that skipping yearly vaccines created a public health crisis for pets (or people), the law would reflect that.

In fact, studies show that animals who receive their full series of vaccines by age one often have long-lasting immunity, confirmed through titer testing. These tests measure antibody levels and can demonstrate continued protection without the need for repeated vaccinations.

In my own home, all of my animals—both personal pets and rescues—receive their rabies vaccine (every three years) and their initial core vaccines. If I take in an animal with no vaccine history, I ensure they’re brought up to date and receive their boosters as recommended. Beyond that, I don’t continue with annual shots unless it’s clearly needed.

For example, my dog Nina lived a long, healthy life—almost 14 years. She received her puppy vaccines and her rabies shots, and that was it. She never suffered from a single communicable disease. Sadly, she passed from cancer, but never once did she face illness that could have been prevented by additional vaccines. I’ve seen the same trend across all of my personal pets.

I understand why people follow routine vaccination schedules—it’s what we’ve always been taught. But I also believe many just haven’t been given the full picture. With more education and an open mind, people can make informed decisions based on science and real-world experience. The key is being open to learning, even if it challenges what we’ve always believed—and I recognize not everyone is ready for that conversation.
