Today, we’re shining the spotlight on our second Servant Leader of the Month: Lakeshia Coates! 💙

Lakeshia embodies her core value Honesty in both word and action. She says it best herself: “I love my residents. I hug them every day I work to let them know I care.” Her director describes her as “a compassionate and kind person,” and our resident Barbara adds, “She’s thoughtful and genuinely caring!”

Lakeshia leads by being real, by being present, and by making sure the people around her feel loved, and that’s a kind of leadership we’ll always be grateful for. Thank you Lakeshia, we're so grateful for you!

This month, we’re proud to recognize not one but two outstanding Servant Leaders at Watercrest Macon... and first up is Isabella Livingston! 💫

Known to many as Bella, she brings a quiet sense of hope and purpose to everything she touches, especially in the dining room, where her attention to detail sets the tone for exceptional experiences.

Her director calls her “the epitome of a servant leader,” and we couldn’t agree more. She leads with compassion, consistency, and care, the kind that doesn’t just serve meals, but makes people feel seen.
