Tip # 11…Put one foot in front of the other: On 12/7/24, I had to take a dose of my on medicine. I literally had to put one foot in front of the other and inch it out. This SURVIVOR finished! It wasn’t pretty and the mental gymnastics was real, but I chose to push forward when I wanted to quit. Keep going! You are almost there!❤️🙏🏾
