That means learning about your health history, understanding your symptoms, and carefully assessing your spinal alignment, hip alignment, and musculoskeletal function. We also review any scans or MRIs you may have received from other providers so we can get the clearest picture of what your body needs.

If you’re feeling nervous about getting your neck adjusted, know that we will never rush into it. Our priority is understanding your body first and creating a treatment approach that supports real healing.

And if you’re just looking for a quick “pop,” we believe your body deserves more effective care than that. Adjustments done without proper evaluation can sometimes increase inflammation or create additional problems.

If your neck needs an adjustment, we’ll address it… but only after we have a full picture of what’s going on.

True story: we love to keep the vibes high and the music bumping at GRID Chiropractic… although to be fair, it’s usually mellow, chill lo-fi beats instead of the booty-shaking variety. 🤪

Our goal is to create a therapeutic, multisensory experience. Sometimes that’s as simple as:

✨ calming essential oils
✨ a massage chair reset
✨ soothing beats to help regulate your nervous system

All to help you relax so your chiropractic adjustment is more effective.

But every once in a while,
even we need a little dance break.

When the front desk enforces the no call / no show policy and suddenly it’s giving Dance Moms. 👀😳

We get it. Life happens, and emergencies come up.

But if you can’t make your appointment, please let us know. Our schedule stays full, so we have to prioritize the patients who are prioritizing their health and showing up for their care.

No call / no shows make it harder for everyone to stay on the GRID.

PS personal injury patients: missed appointments can impact not only your recovery, but your case as well. Consistency is key. Commit to your care!
