We had a great time on Friday volunteering at nonprofits around the community for our Annual Service Day! 💙 We sent volunteers to Daybreak, The Backpack Ministry & Heart of Georgia Hospice to help serve! One of our VSS distinctives is community, and it is an important part of our culture to help make Middle Georgia a better place to live, work, & play.

Because of the progressive nature of vein disease and the natural wear and tear we put on our bodies over the years, our veins tend to get worse as we age. So we've put together our best tips for keeping your legs & veins healthy as you age!👇

1. Wear compression socks! They help support your veins and pump blood back to your heart.
2. Exercise every day - even a short walk makes a difference!
3. Elevate your legs to help keep blood and other fluid from pooling in your legs.
4. If you start to notice bulging veins, leg pain & swelling, schedule a vein checkup!
