Mississippi pharmacies asking to be paid the cost of the drug plus a fee for the professional services they provide is NOT a new idea. States all around us have done the same and have been able to save MILLIONS in the process.

THESE are the facts. NOT the so-called “fiscal note” that is no where to be seen.

Which data sets are our legislators going to believe? Those provided by the PBMs that stand to lose if meaningful PBM reform is passed? Or those provided by state audits, Medicaid reports, national publications, and state policy centers from all over the country?

Please help save independent pharmacy in Noxubee county and call you the capital switchboard and ask them to CONCUR on HB1665 and do not send it to conference.

We are planning on opening regular hours (8-1) tomorrow January 24th and will continue to watch the weather for future closures.

We are continuing to monitor the weather for the upcoming winter storm, and may have to alter hours. However, we are highly encouraging patients to please get their refills early, if they can as our truck comes out of Birmingham. We cannot guarantee they will not have issues getting to us after the storm. Everyone please continue to stay safe and warm.
