Next Step Recovery Ministries provides Christ-centered residential recovery and discipleship for men as well as group meetings and individual counseling.

Next Step is a tobacco-free, drug free, and alcohol free facility.

Mental toughness shows up in small, unglamorous decisions made consistently.

It looks like reviewing work honestly instead of blaming circumstances, taking responsibility when results fall short, and making adjustments and receiving feedback without getting defensive.

Mental toughness in daily life means acknowledging frustration, fear, or doubt without letting those emotions dictate behavior, so responsibilities are handled, standards are maintained, and progress continues regardless of mood.

These five pillars are the foundation of mental toughness. They help us expand our capacity to handle pressure, pursue ambitious goals, and perform consistently at higher levels.

Mentally tough people still struggle, but they maintain the tools needed for overcoming the struggle and put them into action.
