Today MGA OTA and Respiratory Therapy students worked together on case studies and hands-on skills such as patient transfers and the use of oxygen devices. The students used peer education to share about their discipline, focusing on patient care in different settings and how to respond to basic and emergent needs. Interprofessional collaboration to improve patient care allows us to share common goals and develop teamwork skills!
