Happy Thursday

It is the love of those who have transitioned that gently carries us forward, even in our heaviest moments. Their spirits are now wrapped in the radiant presence of God Almighty, and from that sacred place, their love moves toward us with a power that is both tender and profound.

When we open our hearts to this magnificent, heavenly love, we can truly feel their embrace—warm, soothing, and unmistakably real. It touches the body, quiets the mind, and comforts the soul. And in that embrace, we remember a timeless truth: we are never truly apart. One day, we will be reunited in the endless light and love of God.

My mother, in her unwavering faith, asked us to wear yellow. At first it seemed unusual—so bright, so bold. But knowing her, it made perfect sense. Her trust in God was immense; she lived her life surrendered to “Thy will be done.” She understood that her transition was not an ending, but a continuation—a return to the Light. She wanted us to celebrate her life, yes, but more importantly, to keep celebrating God’s goodness. To remain wrapped in His Light (yellow) and His Love.

My tears now are not only from sorrow—they flow from immeasurable gratitude. Gratitude for the love, wisdom, and grace she poured into us. Gratitude for the way she continues to wrap us in her loving spiritual presence.

And just as I feel her, you too can open your heart to the love and guidance of your own departed loved ones. They are closer than you think. Their presence can offer you renewed strength, deeper hope, and a peace that rises from beyond this world.

In Loving Honor of My Mother
14/4/1952 – 14/11/2025

Today, my heart holds both sorrow and gratitude as I honor the life of my beautiful mother — a woman whose strength has been unmatched, whose love has been unconditional, and whose wisdom has shaped every part of who I am.

There are souls we meet in this lifetime who feel like home from the very beginning, and she was mine. My soul could not have chosen someone better to guide me, teach me, love me, and walk beside me through every season of life. If I had the chance to choose a mother a thousand times over, I would choose her every single time.

She gave so much of herself — her courage, her gentleness, her devotion — and she carried every challenge with grace that inspired everyone around her. To be loved by her was to be wrapped in a warmth that could steady any storm. To learn from her was to receive a lifetime of wisdom that will continue to echo in my heart forever.

Even though I am deeply sad and will miss her with every breath, I know she deserves her rest. She deserves peace. She deserves the softness of Heaven after a lifetime of giving, loving, and showing up with a heart that never wavered.

As I honor her today, I carry her strength within me. I carry her love in every step I take. And I trust that her spirit, free and at peace, will continue to watch over me with the same tenderness she gave me in life.

Dear beautiful soul,

As we welcome the beauty of October, let us reflect on the message found in Galatians 5:22-23: “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.” In a world that often feels chaotic, these fruits can guide us in nourishing our souls and inspiring optimism and constructive change.


F - 𝐹𝑎𝑖𝑡ℎ𝑓𝑢𝑙𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠: In our relationships and commitments, let us remain faithful. Stand by one another with unwavering support, nurturing trust and reliability within our community.

R - 𝑅𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒: Life’s trials may test us, but resilience empowers us to overcome. Let’s share our stories of perseverance, encouraging each other to rise stronger and more united.

U - 𝑈𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑟𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔: Focus on the power of understanding. By opening our hearts and minds to one another, we can foster a sense of belonging and compassion that heals divisions.

I - 𝐼𝑛𝑠𝑝𝑖𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛: Seek and spread inspiration. Whether through uplifting stories, beautiful art, or nature’s wonders, let’s ignite sparks of optimism that lift our spirits.

O - 𝑂𝑝𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑖𝑠𝑚: Choose optimism in the face of adversity. Let’s be beacons of light, sharing positivity and encouragement that inspire others to believe in a brighter future.

F - 𝐹𝑜𝑟𝑔𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠: Forgiveness as a path to peace. Release burdens from the past and allow love to flourish in our hearts, making room for healing and growth.

T - 𝑇𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑞𝑢𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑡𝑦: Strive for peace in our hearts and communities. Let’s practice mindfulness and find moments of tranquility amid the chaos, sharing that peace with others.

H - 𝐻𝑜𝑝𝑒𝑓𝑢𝑙𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠: Hopefulness is our anchor. Let’s remind one another that change is possible, and brighter days are ahead. Together, we can create a ripple effect of hopefulness that spreads far and wide.

E - 𝐸𝑚𝑝𝑎𝑡ℎ𝑦: Practice empathy in our interactions. By putting ourselves in others' shoes, we can build deeper connections and foster a more compassionate community.

S - 𝑆𝑒𝑙𝑓－𝐶𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑟𝑜𝑙: Exercise self-control in our thoughts and actions. Let’s be mindful of how we respond to challenges, choosing love and kindness over anger and frustration. Spiritual Growth: we can commit to our own spiritual growth. Engage in practices that nourish your soul such as prayer, meditation, or community gatherings. To deepen your connection with the divine.

As we develop the 𝑭𝑹𝑼𝑰𝑻 𝑶𝑭 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑺𝑷𝑰𝑹𝑰𝑻 within ourselves, we not only nourish our souls but also become instruments of positive change in the world. By embodying these, we enable them to inspire our actions and interactions.

Happy Sunday

𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Through prayer, we reflect on our lives, our actions, and our relationships. This introspection helps us understand our role in the world and encourages us to align our intentions with love and compassion.

𝑨𝒄𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈: In prayer, we acknowledge not only our needs but also the needs of others. This act of recognition fosters empathy and compassion, reminding us that we are all connected in our human experience.

For International Day of Peace 2025, the theme is 'Act Now for a Peaceful World’. In a time of turbulence, tumult, and uncertainty, it is critical for everyone to take concrete action to mobilize for peace.

From peacekeepers on the front lines of conflict, to community members, to students in classrooms around the world, everyone has a role to play. We MUST speak up against violence, hate, discrimination, and inequality; practice respect; and embrace the diversity of our world.

Never has our world needed peace more. 🕊
