*24-hour staff availability by trained staff
*RN available on-sight or on-call at all times
*Medication administration/assistance
*Three delicious; home-cooked nutritious meals; snacks; and supplements as needed
*Daily shower or sponge bath
*Assistance with daily living tasks
*Transfer/ambulation assistance
*Dressing/undressing assistance as needed
*Toileting and incontinence care
*Managing changing behavior
*Planned activities, including religious activities
*Church services on premises
*Beauty/barber shop weekly (on-site)
*Nail care
*Housekeeping including weekly linen changes (more often if needing)
*Laundry service
*Direct-TV service
*Nurse call system in each room
