Awareness fuels action. A national plan ensures no one faces epilepsy alone. Let’s come together to urge Congress to support the National Plan.

Five years of memories: gone. In the most recent episode of What the Ef podcast, Landis sits down with Mia, who lost most of high school to undiagnosed epilepsy—and no, the memories don’t come back if you show her photos (people keep trying). After finally getting diagnosed, Mia became her own fiercest advocate, walking into doctor appointments with research, opinions, and notes that could probably qualify for CME credit.

She still has seizures every day and every night—and yes, she’s still doing life anyway. Mia shares her vibrant approach to life when memory, sleep, and certainty are a luxury.

Honored to be recognized on court at the Fresno State Men’s Basketball game on Valentine’s Day 💜🏀

Our Epilepsy Support Program families enjoyed a special night of connection, community, and fun. Moments like these remind us that support goes beyond the hospital — it lives in the friendships, laughter, and shared experiences we create together.

Thank you to for helping us raise awareness and celebrate the families we serve.
