We are blessed to have another great fellow this year. Give a big welcome to Dr. Matienzo our newest bariatric surgery fellow. He comes to Detroit following completion of residency in Florida. He is proud of his Puerta Rican heritage, and is teaching us all about Bad Bunny, the coqui, and Roberto Clemente.

Delica had a gastric bypass two years ago. She has always had a great attitude and that is half the battle!!

Amanda has lost 124 lbs 2 years after gastric bypass surgery. We are so glad that she made the decision to proceed with surgery. And, we are excited for the woman she is. Thank you Amanda for allowing us to share your journey.
