Three things I use to keep my fitness and nutrition a priority during busy festive weeks:

If you find yourself worn out already, make sure you’re doing this #1 meal prep tip!

🍗Bulk prep!!

Rather than make recipes that have 10+ ingredients (which can cause you to eat the same thing every single day), make your meat and carbs and store them in bulk. You can then mix and match pre-cooked ingredients, so you can have a variety of meals throughout the week.
