You do NOT have to live in a state of worry, stress, & anxiety.

💖 There is not one size fits all when it comes to Trauma. Not only can one thing cause one person trauma and not another, but the ways in which a person handles trauma can look very different.

💖 I feel that I have been in Flight, Freeze, & Fawn at different parts of my life depending on what was happening at that point in time. And after a few short months of working on healing my trauma at a cellular level, I feel that I am now in a much healthier place.

💖 Things that once shook me to my core previously have now transformed. I am able to take a step back when I feel triggered, recognize what is triggering me, and respond much differently. I have my power back, which is everything!

💖 As life continues to throw tests my way, I am able to gauge and see how far I truly have come. I have learned that healing takes time, and as painful as the deep childhood trauma I had gone through, it has transformed. It is not as painful. I have been able to forgive myself and others. And now I can look at it with deep gratitude for all that I have learned from it.

💖 Trauma can feel demobilizing for some, like it was for me. But you don’t have to stay there. And the beautiful part about healing trauma with The Harmonic Egg is that you do not have to relive it. While talk therapy works for some, I knew that I didn’t want to relive the bits and pieces that I remembered. The Egg is much more gentle. You don’t have to remember anything to heal! You simply get to drift off to sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.
