Chocolate mousse cheesecake. No crust… just layers of creamy goodness. From bottom to top: vanilla bean cheesecake, chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache. Side is patted down with a mix of butter cream and chocolate cream cheese and chocolate chips. And to top it off … whipped cream of course. $6 slice..

Peanut butter cream cheese batter

Layer of chocolate ganache

Caramel cream cheese batter

Topped with more peanuts, chocolate, ganache, caramel, Reese’s and chocolate chip mix, chocolate drizzle.

Last, but not least whipped cream with chocolate covered pretzel.

Only by request and there will be an up charge since it requires more ingredient to this masterpiece.

Because of the amazing response for our Nikki and her Cooper thus far, I will be pulling an additional 2 more names. A total of 3 names will be pulled so far. On behalf of Nikki…. You are all appreciated. I am going to close the raffle earlier also…. Those names will be pulled on Tuesday so monies collected can be given to her prior to her taking off to be with her boy. ❤️ I have to say Ash City…. ATTENTION ASHTABULA:

Friends of Ashtabula Area City Schools…. I will be running a raffle to help a friend in need buffer the cost of traveling to and from Metro Hospital and other medical expenses for the unforeseeable future. Nikki has been part of our school district for a great number of years. Her youngest, Cooper, is facing surgery to remove a mass on his brain. The not knowing what the future holds is maddening enough for Nikki’s mama heart. I feel helping her out with prayers and lessening the financial burden can also help her and Cooper out as well. I would like to do a raffle for her and her son to help with medical and/or travel expenses. Please consider participating. As always, entries is $2 and ALL PROCEEDS collected will go straight to Nikki. The more participation, the more I will increase the number of cakes I will be raffling. Also, positive thoughts and prayers are always welcome.
