Due to the threat of severe weather & school closings, our office will be closed this afternoon after lunch.

If you have an appointment scheduled after lunch today, your provider will call you or do a video chat with you at your scheduled appointment time to complete your appointment with you. You should receive a text message with those details.

If you would rather reschedule than do a telehealth appointment, please text us or call us at our office & we will get you rescheduled.

You can always send us a text message too!
(256)325-2500 is the number to text. You can text about anything; appointments, billing, refills, etc. The text messaging system is 100% HiPPA compliant & safe.

The text messaging system is constantly monitored by our front desk as well as our other admin staff & are answered promptly.

Voicemails are returned within 24-48 hours of your call. We do ask if it is something urgent, you can always leave a voicemail but keep in mind, voicemails are only checked once in the mornings & once in the afternoons. You can also email us as well at info@lpbhc.com.

Feel free to followup any voicemails or emails with a text message if it is urgent.

We also sent another email out to just our Tricare patients letting them know we are having billing issues with all Tricare plans & a quick update on that situation.
