🎙️Just a small town girl, living in a veggie-filled world. She took to the radio waves going…roughly an hour or so in every direction! (And online!)

Before making any wild changes to your lifestyle, look at how you’re doing on Nutrition Foundations: protein, colorful fiber, healthy fat, hydration, variety, and a healthy relationship with food.

Foundational doesn’t necessarily mean easy, and we don’t have to change it all at once!
