Why are so many chiropractors dropping insurance? Well, there are several reasons, but here's one at the top of the list.

I've been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, this is my 2nd time calling because I was disconnected last time after being on hold for 30 minutes.

I also jumped on chat to see if that would be faster...NOPE! Over 60 minutes of wait time to most likely speak to some idiot at Medicare that still can't fix the problem.
