🎄🎁 2025 Holiday Charity Drive Kick Off! 🎄🎁

This year, Resilience will be hosting a Toys for Tots drive and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Fundraiser beginning today through the holiday season! The public, patients, friends, etc. are all welcome and encouraged to participate!

Dr. Sarazen will be running the Walt Disney World 1/2 Marathon to benefit St. Jude in January 2026 and all proceeds will be donated!

🎁 New, unwrapped toys to benefit Toys for Tots can be dropped off at our clinic during any open hours!

📨 Donations to St. Jude can be done 24/7 using the QR code below or by visiting this link: http://fundraising.stjude.org/goto/sarazena

🎟️ Everyone who contributes one toy to Toys for Tots or makes a donation of $10 or more to St. Jude will be entered into a drawing for 2 opportunities to win 4 lower bowl section tickets to the Huntsville Havoc in late December!

☃️Due to the winter weather moving into the area in the early hours, we will be closed all day Friday, January 10th to ensure patient safety. By appointment only treatments on Saturday have also been cancelled at this time. Patients will be called and offered first available appointments the remainder of this week and early next. As of right now, we plan to resume normal hours on Monday, January 13th! Stay safe & enjoy the rare snow we see here in north Alabama! ❄️

🧸🚂🎯We are beyond grateful for your generosity and support during this season of giving. Thanks to YOU, the amazing greater Huntsville communitys, we were able to donate 43 toys to Toys for Tots this year! Your kindness will undoubtedly bring joy and smiles to children who truly deserve it. Thank you for making this year’s toy drive such a success!

💪 We’ll be closed from December 21st through December 29th to enjoy the holidays with our loved ones. However, there are appointments still available for the week of New Year’s, so don’t wait to book your spot as we kick off 2025 feeling strong and healthy!

1️⃣ Dowel ER Stretch: Improve shoulder mobility and flexibility. 3 sets of 20 seconds each side.
2️⃣ Straight Arm Raise: Activate your shoulder muscles and enhance range of motion. 3 sets of 10 reps.
3️⃣ KB Shoulder Packing: Build shoulder stability and protect against injury. 3 sets of 8 reps.
4️⃣ KB Windmills: Strengthen your core and shoulders while improving mobility. 3 sets of 5 reps.

2️⃣ Terminal Knee Extensions (TKE): Target your quads and support knee recovery. 3 sets of 12 reps each.
3️⃣ Banded Knee Raises: Engage your hip flexors and improve knee mobility. 3 sets of 8 reps each.
4️⃣ Single Leg RDLs: Enhance balance and strengthen your hamstrings and knees. 3 sets of 8 reps each.

1️⃣ Paloff Press: Engage your core and build stability. 3 sets of 10 reps each.
2️⃣ Hip Hikes: Strengthen your hips and lower back. 3 sets of 12 reps each.
3️⃣ Swimmers: Activate your posterior chain to ease tension. 3 sets of 5 reps each.
