Starting Monday, November 3, through Friday, November 21, Covenant Counseling & Consulting will be running a food drive to benefit the Food Bank of North Alabama! You can drop off donation items at our Madison and Decatur locations.
The Food Bank of North Alabama serves 11 counties. Each of these communities is feeling the pressure from the federal shutdown through job furloughs, disrupted services, and rising demand for food assistance.
370,000+ Alabama households depend on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
23,680+ Federal employees live and work in North Alabama.

Covenant hired a world-renowned nature photographer; and they were able to capture the P.A.I.R. animals in the wild. Apparently, the animals personalities were spot-on. Who knew?

Hey Guys, George here. It’s hard not to smile on a Friday after a long work week. Also, cooler temps have finally arrived, and football season is here. It’s hard not to smile during this time of the year; barbeques and campfires are around the corner; and when I say campfires, I mean smores. Not that I’m allowed to eat the chocolate, but I might sneak a graham cracker or two. More folks are now willing to come out with me to play, and help me find sticks to chase. It’s the simple things in life that God provides for us that mean so much. So many of us are struggling with alot of stuff, but God continues to provide; more than we recognize sometimes. I just wanted to give you something to chew on. I’ll bark at you later.
