It’s my (almost) birthday! 🎂

I’m preparing to teach Foundations in Shamanism this weekend and am getting SO excited!

Sharing shamanism is one of my favorite things in the world.

It’s the highest of highs to witness someone run with the work and report back regarding the results and impact that applying shamanism to their life has made.

For those that dive in, it’s nothing short of life changing and miraculous.

I feel honored and privileged to be able to open the door for those seeking deeper connection with Nature, themselves, their guides, ancestors, Spirit, and all of life in this way.

Thank you to all who have given me the opportunity to walk with you in this way- it means the world to me🙏

I am sooooo looking forward to circling up this weekend with an excellent group of humans🤩

As you look at these images, pause for a breath.

Let your senses open.

I stopped at Farm & Fleet on my way out for a hike today and a woman said “You look really good today! That’s a great outfit.”

And I was like…. Farm & Fleet is my peeps!

I don’t think I’ve ever recieved a compliment on my mismatched, hodge pod “play clothes” outfits😄
