SUMMER SUN-WISE PROTOCOL:
☀️fresh slather of spf 30 or above (my fave is NO-SHOW Face Shield SPF 50 and I apply this a minimum of 3 x/ per day and more often when in direct sunlight)
☀️ wide brimmed hat ==> 🧢 don’t count - they do not offer full coverage protection
☀️ shades with uv protection 😎
☀️upf protection clothing (my faves swim tops - I think I have 6 in total and one lives in my car)
I’ve recently been posting about a cool peel challenge w/
I CAN not and WILL not expose my skin carelessly to the sun while carefully stimulating my skin into rejuvenation. To damage my skin by way of UV exposure would not only be counterproductive but reckless.
