Exciting news! I officially completed my certification in Thai Bodywork and it is now available to book! 🪬

Thai Bodywork is a unique experience that combines assisted stretching, acupressure, compression, and massage techniques to help improve mobility, relieve tension, and leave you feeling both relaxed and refreshed. It is performed fully clothed and is a wonderful option for those looking for something a little different from traditional table massage.

Appointments are now live on my booking site:
• 90 Minutes — $115
• 120 Minutes — $150

I’m so excited to begin offering this service and to continue expanding the ways I can support your wellness and self-care. 💛

This week filled my cup in the best way. 💕

Tuesday evening and all day Wednesday, I had the opportunity to be part of the chair massage team at Redington-Fairview General Hospital for Nurses Week — my first time joining them since coming on board. It was such a rewarding experience to care for the people who spend their days caring for everyone else who walks through those doors. From frontline staff to the behind-the-scenes teams that keep everything running, I truly enjoyed every minute of it.

A special thank you to Melanie for welcoming me onto the team. I’m so grateful for the opportunity.

Then today, I spent time at Moscow Elementary School for Teacher Appreciation Week. Just like at the hospital, it was wonderful to offer a little relief and relaxation during such a busy and stressful time of year.

I feel incredibly lucky that my work allows me to support the people who give so much to others every single day. ✨

After a lot of thought and consideration, I’ll be making a small price adjustment to my services starting July 1st.

I’ve kept my pricing below market rate for as long as I could, but with continued demand and a consistently full schedule, this change is necessary to sustainably continue offering the level of care and quality you all deserve.

Beginning July 1st, all services will increase by $5. Updated pricing is reflected in the photo below.

✨ New Availability Opening Up ✨

Starting Monday 3/2/26, I’ll be opening appointments every other Monday at Pine & Willow.

These appointments will be available to both new and existing clients and can be booked directly through my online scheduling system.

To keep my schedule intentional and balanced, I’ll be releasing these Monday dates biweekly on my booking site — first come, first serve.

My goal with adding these Mondays is to offer more after-work options (around 3–5pm) for those of you who haven’t been able to make daytime appointments work. Limited daytime spots may also be available as needed.

If you’ve been waiting for later appointment times, this is for you🤍
