The Norton Immediate Care Center - Hilltop in Madison, located at 1373 E. State Rd 62, will be closing at 1 p.m. today (Thursday, March 12). The Immediate Care Center will open as scheduled at 8 a.m. on Friday, March 13.

Calling future babysitters! 🧑‍🍼 Norton King’s Daughters’ Health is hosting a Safe Sitter® class on Monday, March 23 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There is a $30 class fee.

Designed for students in Grades 6–8, this fun, instructor-led class teaches essential skills for staying home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. Students will learn through games, role-playing, and hands-on practice.

When Scott from Madison, Indiana began a routine stress test at Norton King’s Daughters’ Health, doctors quickly realized he was having a heart attack and acted immediately. He was rushed to Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, where the team from Norton Heart & Vascular Institute performed a cardiac catheterization and placed a stent, helping Scott preserve nearly all of his heart function. 🫀

After returning home, Scott completed 36 sessions of cardiac rehabilitation back at Norton King’s Daughters’ Health, strengthening his heart, building community with fellow patients and rebuilding his confidence one step at a time. ❤️
