Last month, I completed my third Karuna Reiki® training… each one with a different Reiki Master Teacher.

There’s something really beautiful about receiving the same teachings through different lenses. It continues to reinforce what I know, while also expanding and deepening my understanding in new ways.

This season has been quieter for me… more inward. Less doing, more listening. Letting the practice integrate on a deeper level rather than rushing to share it.

I’ve truly been loving this part of the journey.

In the coming months, I’ll be opening my calendar back up to work with clients and students again… and I’m so looking forward to holding space from this more grounded, embodied place 🤍
