There is something really sacred about laying out your lineage, your manuals, your certificates… and remembering that you are forever a student.
I am so deeply grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to continuously learn. My breadth of knowledge does not come from studying under one teacher. It comes from saying yes, again and again, to sitting at the feet of multiple Reiki Masters — each with their own wisdom, approach, lineage, and lived experience.
Every teacher has shaped me.
Every class has refined me.
Every perspective has expanded me.
I always encourage my students to take classes with other teachers. Not because what we do here isn’t enough — but because Reiki is vast. It is living. It moves through different voices and different hands in beautiful ways. The more rooms you sit in, the more your understanding deepens. The more you witness Reiki expressed through others, the more your own authentic expression strengthens.
In just a few short months, I will be studying Karuna Reiki® again with a new teacher. This will be my third time taking a Karuna Reiki class and my second Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher certification. And I could not be more excited.
There is always more to learn.
There is always another layer to embody.
There is always refinement available.
I look forward to sharing my love for Karuna Reiki® with students in a class I will be teaching later this year — teaching from a place that is enriched by multiple lineages, perspectives, and lived experience.
Grateful for the teachers who came before me.
Grateful to be both student and teacher.
Grateful for a community that values growth. 🤍✨
