Tomorrow, Associated Physicians is proud to sponsor the Preeclampsia Foundation as we join the Preeclampsia Walk in Fitchburg. 💜 This event raises critical awareness and supports families impacted by preeclampsia — a serious condition that affects thousands of pregnancies each year.

As both sponsors and participants, we’re honored to stand alongside patients, families, and advocates to promote education, early detection, and compassionate care. Together, we walk toward hope, health, and a brighter future for mothers and babies.

This Saturday, our team at Associated Physicians is proud to join the Preeclampsia Walk in Fitchburg. 💜 Together, we’ll be walking to raise awareness, support families, and honor those impacted by preeclampsia — a serious condition that affects 5–8% of pregnancies.

Community events like this remind us why we do what we do: to provide compassionate, expert care that helps patients and families feel informed, supported, and never alone. We’re honored to stand alongside so many in the Madison area who share this commitment to women’s health.

Let’s walk together for hope, awareness, and change.

Today, we honor the lives lost on 9/11 and reflect on the courage shown by first responders, healthcare professionals, and everyday heroes who stepped up in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

As a healthcare community, we remember those who provided care under impossible circumstances — a powerful reminder of our shared commitment to compassion, resilience, and service.

May we continue to carry forward that spirit in everything we do.

Reminder: Our internal clinic elevator will be undergoing maintenance from September 2 – 30.

Patients visiting the lower level should proceed to the lower-level parking ramp.

Menopause symptoms don’t have to feel overwhelming — small, daily habits can make a big difference.

Strength training helps protect bone health and maintain muscle, while good nutrition and consistent sleep support your body through hormonal changes. Cutting back on alcohol can also ease hot flashes, improve sleep quality, and boost overall well-being.

Taking these steps on your own can help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more in control during this stage of life.
