🔸What is a flow with you like?🔸
My Flow60 classes are medium-paced, all-levels vinyasa. I love a strong warming sequence to prepare your body for what’s ahead. I always introduce postures or movements in the warming sequence that will appear later in class, aligning them with the class theme for a cohesive experience.

Today Dragonfly turns 14! 🎉 We are so excited to be here, and for what’s to come - we want to share the love with an Ode to Dfly poem contest!

Write your most creative, yoga-inspired birthday card poem, deliver it to the front desk on your way to class and we’ll choose a random winner from all entrants. One lucky winner will receive a Dfly Swag gift set: cozy & cuddly Dfly crew blanket, a Manduka bolster, a Dfly water bottle & a $20 gift card to Miggy’s Bakes! Turn in the ode in-person at any of our studios by June 22nd. We’ll share some of our favorites on social!
