Coach Spotlight: Rachel Whitesitt, PharmD, MPH đź’š

As Clinical Services Manager, Rachel is excited to help pharmacies get paid for the care they are already providing while also expanding into new services that better support patients.

She is especially energized by the momentum provider status has created for pharmacies and looks forward to helping teams take advantage of those opportunities to strengthen care delivery and advance pharmacy practice.

PSW CEO Sarah Sorum visited Nicolet Pharmacy, Inc. near the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest and connected with PSW members, owner Amy Donaldson and pharmacist Derek Loch. This is the kind of pharmacy where patients are greeted by name and the team knows access to care cannot be taken for granted. They are caring for their neighbors every day.

As a WPQC pharmacy, the Nicolet team is supporting patients with chronic conditions and working to improve outcomes. Like many independent pharmacies, they are also navigating real system pressures, including network exclusions, charge card restrictions, and policies that make it harder to deliver the care their community needs.

Amy also brings a unique element to the pharmacy experience through Amy’s Cellar, a curated fine wine selection rooted in her background in culinary hospitality and community connection.

Visits like this reinforce why PSW advocacy and engagement matter for pharmacies and the patients they serve.

We’re excited to announce the Wisconsin pharmacists selected for the 2026 Decker-Temple Leadership Pharmacy Conference!

This experience brings together emerging leaders for three days of connection, growth, and leadership development alongside peers and pharmacy leaders from Wisconsin and Iowa.

Brianna is passionate about helping pharmacy teams implement patient education services while building clinical revenue streams beyond traditional dispensing. She looks forward to collaborating with pharmacies across Central and Northwest Wisconsin to improve workflow efficiency through medication synchronization and technology-driven processes.

Her focus is on integrating clinical services into daily operations in a way that supports sustainable service delivery and revenue generation without disrupting prescription workflow.

Outside of pharmacy, Brianna enjoys an active family life with her husband and three boys, including sports, camping, and plenty of outdoor adventures.

PSW CEO Sarah Sorum visited Aurora Medical Center – Bay Area in Marinette and spent time with PSW Board member and Director of Pharmacy Operations Jessica Moschea, along with an incredible pharmacy team.

The visit began with a conversation on professional engagement and advocacy with hospital president Ed Harding, and continued in the outpatient pharmacy with Advocate Aurora Health Manager of Retail Pharmacy Operations Ken Walker.

This team is advancing access and safety. The outpatient pharmacy supports a remote dispensing site in a rural clinic miles away, helping patients get medications when and where they need them. Pharmacy technicians are also leveraging technology to strengthen patient safety across Aurora sites.

From pharmacists rounding with care teams to supporting oncology patients and leading in central operations, the impact of pharmacy was on full display. Thank you to Jess and the entire team for building a collaborative, forward-thinking culture grounded in service.
