I received this blessing from my ancestors after closing out Karma from a multi-generational lineage of family trauma. My role as truth teller and cycle breaker has been extremely difficult and to have reached this level of healing feels immensely freeing! I know my ancestors are grateful to me because they communicate openly from beyond the veil. My wish to family members who are still incarnate is that they feel the freedom I feel and know the depth of love that exists for all who allow themselves to receive it. Aho ✨

In a deep somatic healing session today with one of my favorite practitioners, this little nugget came through me in a very kinesthetic way. I was reflecting on my role in this lifetime as cycle breaker and truth teller and realized that the truth has rich essence. It fills my senses and almost even has a taste. As we know, the body keeps the score. Truth can be felt to the core. It can be heard, known, and sensed in every way. Whether seemingly good or seemingly bad, the truth always tastes sweet.

I am loving this gentle reminder from a friend ~ when tempted to speak negatively to myself, to numb out from boredom, to assume the worst about a situation, to fall into judgment of self or others etc etc etc…I can instead ask myself, “What would love do in this moment?” Love for self. Love for others. Love for Source. The big LOVE❣️ What might love do for YOU in this moment?? Tell me ⬇️

How can we hold the frequency of love in all areas of life?
A snippet from today: Compassion! Even in the face of Life.
So I just stopped to get gas and encountered a woman @ the cashier stand telling her friend (THE cashier) that her closest family member died today. She told the cashier she was bereft and just needed a hug, which is why she had walked over to the gas station. Her “friend” (the cashier) kinda politely declined the hug but verbalized his condolences. I offered the woman a hug.
She gripped onto me tightly and sobbed onto my shoulder. I assured her that her loved one is still with her and I promised her this was truth. All the while I was thinking that the cashier was a w**k for not hugging her. The woman thanked me sincerely and the cashier whispered, “thank you” to me. The whole thing left me knowing that the Divine is always at work. And love always abounds ❤️
