We had the pleasure of hosting members of the Shoreline Area Senior Network, and what a great turnout it was! 🙌
The event was a true success — filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and a shared passion for supporting our senior community.

We are grateful for the opportunity to meet so many amazing professionals dedicated to making a difference every day.

Once a month, our residents kick off the day with a special Resident Council Breakfast—complete with made-to-order favorites and family-style fun! Sometimes our rec team even gives the kitchen a break and takes over the cooking……no promises on presentation, but the love’s always there!

”During my time at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Madison, I found the staff to be very caring and respectful. The nurses always made sure I was as comfortable as possible and did not hesitate to answer any requests I made. The physical and occupational therapists were attentive to my needs while bringing an upbeat, positive vibe to each session they had with me.

The front office personnel always had a smile on their faces and took care of all the questions and any concerns my family and I had. Overall, it was a positive experience during a trying time as my body healed and I worked my way back to a sense of normalcy in my life.”
