We had a great picnic at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Madison!

Our residents enjoyed delicious hot dogs, burgers, and chicken while spending time together in the courtyard with music, laughter, and great company. 🌭🍔☀️

Even though we got some unexpected rain, it definitely didn’t ruin the fun. Everyone kept smiling, socializing, and making the best memories together.

Days like this remind us how important community, connection, and joyful moments are for our residents. ❤️

We are celebrating Barbara and the incredible progress she made during her stay at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Madison.
Barbara came to us focused on recovery, and with hard work, determination, and support from our amazing therapy and nursing teams, she made a wonderful recovery journey. Along the way, she also brought so much positivity to everyone around her.

Barbara quickly became part of our Autumn Lake family — making many friends, sharing smiles every day, and brightening the halls with her kind heart and beautiful personality. She truly is such a beautiful soul, and we will miss seeing her around the facility. 💙
