Who’s Who at Valley View Health & Rehabilitation! 💙✨

Meet Tiffany McAnally, the heart of our 700 Rehab Hall, whose mission is simple: to help change the face of rehabilitation nursing.

Tiffany began her nursing career in 2019 during one of the most challenging times in healthcare history—the pandemic. Coming from a hospital background, she gained valuable experience in cardiovascular care, where critical thinking was essential, and on busy medical-surgical floors, where strong time management skills were key.

Her passion for nursing is deeply personal. Inspired by her own experiences supporting her spouse through a major cardiac event 16 years ago, Tiffany understands the uncertainty and emotional challenges that illness can bring—not only for residents, but for their families as well. Because of this, she strives every day to be a strong advocate, trusted resource, and compassionate source of support for everyone she serves.

Tiffany works hard to create a cohesive, supportive environment where her team feels heard and valued, allowing them to continue providing exceptional care to those who call Valley View Health & Rehabilitation their temporary home on their journey from illness to wellness. 👏💙
