"I've been with Valley View for 15 years. To me that says a lot about a person. It shows you're loyal and dedicated. I always knew my passion as a child was helping the elderly. Over the years I have learned you have to have patience & empathy and just simply love what you do. Over all my years here I have had the chance to experience working in long term care to working short term rehab care for 5 years before having the opportunity to grow and take the med tech class. What has kept me going is building strong relationships with my coworkers and my residents that alone can make a job feel like a second family!!"
