Late Tuesday Tip!!

We are at the tip of the iceberg on what is going to be revealed. Here's a great article to begin rethinking what we've been told to believe. The quoted part is the beginning of the article, but click the link to read more. We are far from having informed consent!

"President-elect Donald Trump’s nomination last month of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to lead the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has reignited the public debate about vaccine safety and triggered an avalanche of mainstream news reports on the topic.

For the most part, media outlets have repeated the narrative promulgated by U.S. public health agencies that vaccines are “safe and effective.” End of story. No nuance, no citing of actual vaccine safety trials.

What almost all of the latest news reports neglect to mention is that about six months ago, one of the country’s staunchest, most high-profile defenders of vaccine safety — known in some circles as the “godfather of vaccines” — published a paper suggesting that the “safe and effective” narrative isn’t as ironclad as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) claim.

In an article published in July in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), Dr. Stanley A. Plotkin, vaccinologist and emeritus professor of pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania, and his co-authors identified gaps in vaccine safety testing, inadequacies in vaccine clinical trials and a lack of scientific knowledge about the biological mechanisms causing many common vaccine-related injuries.

The authors wrote:

“Postauthorization studies are needed to fully characterize the safety profile of a new vaccine, since prelicensure clinical trials have limited sample sizes, follow-up durations, and population heterogeneity.”

Plotkin’s NEJM paper didn’t make mainstream media headlines. However, some in the medical field took note.

“This admission comes after decades of the medical establishment insisting that vaccines are among the most thoroughly studied and safest medical interventions,” Dr. Joseph Mercola wrote in August, calling the paper a “stunning reversal” of decades of claims insisting vaccines are safe and dismissing safety concerns."

TUESDAY TIP!

This one hit home last week, you guys! That's a picture of the letter I got from my utility company. Confirmed lead is NOT what you want to hear. There are no safe levels of lead. Ever. Keep that in mind.

Here's the thing (and it will lead to the tip of the week). Five years ago when I was diagnosed with RA and Osteoporosis, I started working with a Functional MD. She did a provoked heavy metal test on me. (This just means you take a pill that pulls any heavy metal from hiding places in your body. The urine sample is analyzed for heavy metals). I had outrageously high levels of lead. This got me worrying about my drinking water. I went in for a blood test because the half life of lead in blood is 28-36 days. My blood test came back just fine. This meant that I had lead hiding in my bones from years ago, but no current lead exposure. WHEW!

But here's the tip I've been laboring to give. (I wanted you to understand how I know my water is okay)! ;) I've had a reverse osmosis on my drinking water since I moved in here! Now, I don't love that I have a lead pipe bringing water into my house, and I'll save up to get it changed out. BUT!! My reverse osmosis filter is taking the lead out of my water!! YIPPEE!! 🤸‍♀️

It shouldn't take a utility company over a decade to let you know that the house you live in has lead service pipes. I'm grateful that I've been protected by my own wise choices.

It's important that you are drinking CLEAN water! I do hope you are protecting your own drinking water. What are you doing to to ensure you are doing that? Please make it a priority. I also have a shower filter. Do your best. Be aware of contaminants that surround us.

A worthwhile article if you are of the notion that RFK Jr is a scary anti-vaxxer. Spoiler alert: HE ISN'T!!! He wants to fight chronic disease, improve children's health, an address corporate capture of government agencies.
Five key parts of the HHS plan:
*Staff changes This means bringing in people who don't have a conflict of interest. Unbiased science. What a boon!
*Getting a handle on chemicals and ultra-processed foods. Honestly. Chemicals in our food. You want that?? What is to complain about here?
*Corporate capture reform. (75% of FDA funding comes from big pharma, helloooo)!!
*Vaccines. Let's be clear here. RFK wants safety and transparency so we can make informed decisions. There will be no bans, just real information and real studies.
*Flouride Don't worry. If you have some belief that flouride in your water is good for you, there's not going to be a ban. There will be a strong recommendation that cities take it away. I'll keep using my water filter until my town figures it out.
I am as excited as I've ever been for a government that does its job. I don't understand this dread I'm seeing on some timelines.
Maybe tomorrow I'll talk about the hate and venom I'm seeing from the party who purports to be about unifying America.

Not exactly a Tuesday Tip. BUT! This is amazing, and wonderful things are going to happen to clean up our food supply. This has been a loooooong time coming. Be patient and pay attention. Getting back to healthy is a long road because of the deep state of allowing so much poison into our food chain.

I could not be more excited for this changing of the guard where it matters most. 😍
