Nude Yoga with Chiana Why Nude Yoga with Chiana? I believe people should feel good in and about their bodies and yoga is the vehicle I use to help them achieve that. Why Nude Yoga?

I like to be naked, I like yoga, and I like to do yoga naked. But more seriously yoga is great for the mind and body and doing it while naked provides additional benefits including a better body image. I want to help you feel better in your own skin.
