Do you tend to learn better with analog or digital? A mix of both can be good, especially to ensure children learn about digital literacy as technology progresses. However, going fully digital may be decreasing comprehension skills. There's definitely something to be said for physically holding and writing on your work.

For ‘deeper reading’ among children aged 10-12, paper trumps screens. What does it mean when schools are going digital?

It sounds so simple, but creativity, self discovery, and a deeper connection to the world around you can be achieved by setting down your distractions. We recommend setting down your phone today, even if it's just for a few hours. Let your mind wander, explore, see where it takes you!

People underestimate how enjoyable it is to sit and think without anything to distract them.
