We’ve been quiet for a while. We’ve been hard at work creating online programs for y’all. Yep, soon you’ll be able to get programs no matter where you live or where you train. Details to come.

Our comeback move is the Elevated Pigeon. This feels 🔥 and is so necessary. So add about 8 reps each side into your day. I promise you’ll thank us.

We are having so much fun with this version of an old favorite. Single sided anything tells you a story about your body and what needs more attention and what’s been worked too much. One side of this one was definitely easier for me than the other.

Side Lying, Bent Knee, Hip Drop with External Rotation sounds obnoxious, right? So let’s just call these AMAZING. We’ve got your waist, your bottom glute, your top glute, your shoulder, and your low belly muscles. Amazingly efficient is what these are.

Keep your hips stacked, one on top of the other (we know they are going to want to roll back).

Set your elbow a bit closer to your body than you think you should do that when you pop up it’s right under your shoulder.

Wanna get that tear drop muscle on your quad to stand out? This will do it.

Make sure you’re sitting ON your sit bones with good posture- don’t tuck your hips. If your hamstrings are tight, you’ll need to sit on a yoga block or something to start.

We use a time for these. Start at 15 second holds and then work your way up to a minute. These are no joke.

A Single Leg Hinge is one of the best ways to hit your b***y but is also one of the most difficult exercises to do well because most of us get wobbly on one leg and have to focus too much on balance. SO…get some help.

We added in a suspension trainer but you could use a wall, the counter, a chair, etc. Then go to town and focus on doing a super good single leg hinge:

📍Keep your hips square.
📍Plant your foot firmly on the ground.
📍Focus on gliding your hips BACK towards the wall rather that reaching for the ground.

You should feel a good burn 🔥.

We love to say that the money is in the details. And it’s true.

Look closely and see this is not your normal box step-up. Nope. There’s a 2x4 under Jeff’s heal. For those who train, you might think, no way! But yes way!

Stepping this way is a step towards, as we say in the industry, bullet proofing your knees. Jeff is using weights but you need to start with body weight first and work up to weights. Never work through pain.

Hamstrings can be really difficult to hit without big equipment. Jeff came up with this clever, harder than it looks, Quad Hamstring Curl. You can do it laying on your belly too but be careful not to land the weight on your b***y.
