Our first aerial yoga training was a blast! We learned about anatomy, safety, trauma-informed principles and all of the amazing benefits of utilizing the aerial hammock in yoga. This month, we’re bringing you three special Aerial Sound Baths — a unique fusion of aerial yoga and the healing vibrations of sound. Allow yourself to be held, suspended, and soothed as sound waves wash over you, creating space for deep rest and inner balance.
