10 Reasons to Learn with Me:
I have been immersed in the teachings of yoga and different movement modalities for almost two decades.
I have studied at Harvard and Columbia. I have an MFA from The Actors Studio Drama School and am working on a Masters of Education. (I’m not afraid to brag.😛)
I have worked with and . These teachings of equality, equity, and inclusivity inform ALL of my work.
My years working as a teacher have given me tons of experience writing curriculum and creating individualized learning plans.
I have studied with of . This work is a passion of mine and it seeps into all aspects of my teaching.
I have learned from master teachers at . My years working as an assistant and creating my own programs has given me lessons on success and growth.
I think music and dancing can solve most problems.
I am realistic about following dreams, while also financially supporting yourself.
All of my work is filled with laughter. Seriously...stop being so serious. We are all going to end up in the same place anyway. 😬😳😀😂
My purpose in this life is to be of service for the sake of inspiring and empowering others. Let me inspire you.

It’s been a year. I’m tired. We’re all tired. Let’s focus on the gratitude for a moment.

A massive change.
That’s what I was preparing for last year at this time...a massive change. I started to set the wheels in motion. I look through the images on my phone and I see all of the concerts and events I was FINALLY booking. I think about how I felt like I was finally ready to pursue my own goals “full time.” And then....Covid.
I’m happy that I was able to stay in my job...it has offered us stability during the craziness. I love teaching and I love my students. Teaching this year has been REALLY hard....like, the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life. I digress...
At my core, I have an entrepreneurial spirit. I believe that we have the ability to do MANY things in this life. I often tell my students, “You can and will do many things in your life. Don’t let anyone tell you that you have to do one thing.” So here are some of those many things that Covid saw me setting up and then laughed at:
🌞Healing Song Concerts at multiple venues
🌞 Co-leading a family retreat at
🌞 Setting up multiple singing jobs with different musicians
I know these opportunities will happen again. I have dreams I plan on pursuing because I believe I can help to make this world a brighter and kinder place. I believe I was put on this planet to be of service to others. I believe I have a gift of working with young people - whether that is through tutoring, meditation, or just talking to them LIKE THEY ARE PEOPLE. I’d really appreciate it if you could share/comment/like images (it helps with the algorithm), share advertisements for classes, let friends know that I sell jewelry and art, and/or just swing by and connect. Always.
Even in a year like 2020, there is always something to be joyful about.
Yoga and meditation has taught me that it is ok to experience ALL that life has to offer. It is often in the denial of those feelings that we find ourselves feeling anxiety and worry. This year was not at all what I expected it to be. This year has taught me many things.
Even in times of great struggle, it is important to still look for the joy.
