Meet Lailani. As an Optometric Technician at our Ridgeland clinic, Lailani's days are always busy and full of purpose.
She spends most of her time working up patients, gathering important information, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. Though she's been with the company for just five months, her dedication and compassion shine through in everything she does.
What Lailani enjoys most about Professional Eyecare is the people. "We're truly a team," she says. "We work together to make sure every patient receives the utmost respect, care, and attention."
Each day brings something new to learn and she loves gaining knowledge that helps her grow both personally and professionally. Her best advice is to ask questions and lots of them. Knowledge is key in this field.
One of her favorite parts of the job is connecting with patients and hearing their stories.
Outside of work, Lailani enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, whether it is a cozy movie night at home or making new memories together.
