Something beautiful is unfolding ✨

And I’ve finally decided to listen.
My soul is calling me to step fully into the facial room.

This isn’t just a business decision — it’s a spiritual one. It’s me honoring the work I was truly meant to do: holding sacred space for your skin, your nervous system, and your whole being. The kind of slow, intentional, deeply connected work that I believe changes you from the inside out.

But, this isn’t all. There’s WAY more to it….

And, as my 50th birthday 🎉 approaches this week, I’m celebrating with a 50% off 🤯 SALE on all Sixth House products today through Sunday 6/7. Grab your favorites while you can.

I won’t leave you hanging for long….more coming soon on what’s next….💕

This is a conversation that comes up daily with my clients. I always get asked, “Jennie what do you think about collagen powders”?

Most people think building collagen is as simple as taking a supplement. But your body actually has to break it down first, rebuild it, and have everything in place to do that well — the right nutrients, stable blood sugar, a calm nervous system.

And, while yes, we do start to lose collagen drastically after 40, there is a lot more we can do to support it internally than topically.

Swipe through- this post breaks down what that process actually looks like, and what supports it from the inside out.

Root-cause beauty isn’t about adding more. It’s about giving your body what it needs to do the work itself.

🌿 Save this one — you’ll want to come back to it. For today, remember to eat your strawberries 🍓 😉

Sixth House was never about creating more noise.

It was created to simplify.

To offer an approach to skin that supports the body it lives in — not just what you see on the surface.

Because by the time most people find me, they’ve already tried everything.

More products.
More steps.
More promises.
And they’re tired.

This is about doing less — but doing it with intention.

Supporting your skin barrier.
Supporting your nervous system.
Supporting your body as a whole.

An approach that looks at your skin as part of something bigger.

If you’ve been craving a simpler, more supportive way to care for your skin…
you’re exactly where you need to be. Welcome. Ask me anything about getting started! ✨🫶

50 is coming up soon! Yeah, I’m counting down because it’s a milestone worth celebrating! 🎉

Don’t get me wrong, I have my days like most people (maybe more than I can care to admit) but this is something I’m committed to working on. Lemme tell you what I know for sure:

You can have the best serums. The most expensive supplements. All the cosmetic procedures you “think” you need….

But if you don’t believe you’re worth taking care of? None of it will work.

I mean NONE of it.
Mindset isn’t just a buzzword — it’s the foundation. 💭

When you genuinely believe you’re beautiful and worthy, you stop punishing your skin (and body) and start nourishing it. You stop chasing perfection and start celebrating what’s already there. 🤩

The collagen, the glow-ups, the healthy habits — they’re all just tools. YOU are the masterpiece. 🫵🏼👑✨

So before you add anything to your routine, add this: the belief that you are gorgeous exactly as you are, right now, today.

Because you are. I promise. 💛 Drop me a 🙌🏼 if you’d like to join me embarrassing your true beauty and owning your age!

There’s nothing wrong with treating a symptom.

But if that’s the only approach…
you’ll stay in the cycle.

A breakout gets treated.
Redness gets reduced.
Dryness gets managed.

But if the root cause isn’t addressed,
it comes back.

And that’s when it starts to feel frustrating.

Because you’re doing everything “right”
and still not seeing lasting change.

This is where the shift happens.

Not in doing more —
but in asking better questions.

Why is the skin reacting this way?
What is the body trying to communicate?
What patterns are being overlooked?

Because real skin health isn’t about temporary control.

It’s about understanding.

The way you care for your skin
can also be the way you care for yourself.

This New Moon is an invitation to slow down.

To soften.
To listen.
To reconnect.

Create a quiet space.
Light a candle.
Let the pace of your day shift.

Take a warm bath with Epsom salts.
Let your body release what it’s been holding.

Gently exfoliate — not to fix, but to renew.

And when you’re done, sit for a moment.

Journal. Reflect. Breathe.

Ask yourself what you’re ready to let go of…
and what you’re ready to welcome in.

“My wellbeing hinges on being able to hold what hurts, love what’s been neglected,
and enthusiastically work with what I’ve got.”

Your skin responds to how you care for yourself.

Let this be your reset. ✨💕 will you join me in setting aside some time this weekend to do this? Let me know in the comments.

This conversation isn’t about choosing sides.

It’s about understanding roles.

If you’re an Esthetician you might feel frustrated by the symptoms first advice of Dermatologist. If you’re a client, you might be confused by the information that doesn’t seem to match when you go for a facial. 🤔

Dermatologists are essential.
They diagnose, treat medical conditions, and quite literally save lives.

Estheticians bring a different lens.
One that looks at the skin as part of a larger system — connected to your gut, your stress, your lifestyle, your daily habits.

Two different approaches.
Same goal.

Healthy skin. 🙌🏼✨☺️

The disconnect happens when these worlds don’t communicate.

When one focuses only on symptoms,
and the other isn’t brought into the conversation at all.

But the truth is — your skin doesn’t exist in isolation.

And the best outcomes happen when we stop separating these roles
and start seeing how they work together.
