I knew something was off. My energy dipped, my skin flared, and my mood felt all over the place. For months, I brushed it off as stress or “just one of those seasons,” but deep down, I knew something bigger was happening.
So, I committed to a two-week anti-inflammatory reset — nothing extreme, just back-to-basics care. I cut out sugar, gluten, processed foods, alcohol, and dairy, and added in more clean proteins, leafy greens, and healthy fats.
This experience reminded me that wellness isn’t about perfection or extremes — it’s about awareness and consistency. 💡

You don’t have to wait until you’re burnt out to start listening to your body. Maybe it’s as simple as drinking more water today, going to bed earlier, or cooking one nourishing meal from scratch. 🥗

* 1 banana
* 1 cup almond milk
* 1 tbsp flax seeds
* 1 handful spinach or kale
* 1 cup frozen berries
* Dash cinnamon
* Splash vanilla extract
