We all know that getting enough sleep, eating healthier and getting some exercise are good for us. You have control of what you choose to eat and we can choose movement that fits our lifestyle, but sleep can be tricky. If you ever have difficulty getting to sleep or getting back to sleep, try counting from 300 by 3s backwards. Also, focus on getting in a really relaxed state rather than getting back to sleep. If you lose your count, then start over. If you make it to 1 and still aren't asleep.....start over. ☺️
