Enjoy the long weekend, but don’t forget to support your body while you do.
Holiday weekends can be full of travel, cookouts, late nights, and a shift from your normal routine. A few simple choices can go a long way in helping you feel good through it all.
Hydrate between drinks, prioritize protein when you can, get outside and move, protect your sleep, and listen to what your body needs.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s enjoying the weekend without feeling completely depleted when it’s over.
