I am an eternal student, and have had the opportunity to become a dedicated student of yoga. I started my early career in the healing arts as an occupational therapy assistant and continued to seek out education to enhance my capacity to become a resource and guide for my own and other’s healing journey’s. I worked as a vocational therapist and a case manager for the people with brain injuries for many years and felt the strong pull towards alternative treatments that provided empowerment to the individuals seeking help. I developed and ran a successful massage therapy practice for many years that morphed into yoga teaching with local classes. Yoga Therapy was the next part of my path which still informs all that I offer. Learning and offering the healing potential of sound instruments and the use of one’s own voice as the most profound healing tool!
