Madison Healthcare has been owned and operated by Embassy Healthcare since November 1, 2009. Think Madison!

There’s no place like home, and we hope you’ll consider Madison Health Care your home away from home. Our accommodating community offers private rehabilitation suites and skilled nursing services to address a variety of medical complexities. Located just off the coast of Lake Erie, Madison has access to Downtown Madison Village, Lake Health Emergency Rooms, and Powderhorn Golf Course. Our 125-bed facility boasts long-term care and skilled nursing capabilities as well as memory and behavioral care. Madison has seven private suites and semi-private, triple, and quad rooms. Our care team works diligently to ensure all our residents feel healthy, happy, and productive. We have a busy activities calendar and a full recreation schedule, including shopping outings and movie theater visits.
