Our accommodating community offers private rehabilitation suites and skilled nursing services to address a variety of medical complexities. Located just off the coast of Lake Erie, Madison has access to Downtown Madison Village, Lake Health Emergency Rooms, and Powderhorn Golf Course. Our 125-bed

facility boasts long-term care and skilled nursing capabilities as well as memory and behavioral care. Madison has seven private suites and semi-private, triple, and quad rooms. Our care team works diligently to ensure all our residents feel healthy, happy, and productive. We have a busy activities calendar and a full recreation schedule, including shopping outings and movie theater visits.

Today we wrapped up Nursing Home Week with our Hawaiian Beach Day cookout for our residents, staff, and families at Madison Healthcare, and it was absolutely amazing! 🌺🏝️

Seeing so many family members come together and put smiles on our residents’ faces truly made the day special. The laughter, music, food, and memories shared today reminded us what nursing home week is all about — family, love, and togetherness.

We may not have gotten as many photos as we wanted because we were all busy living in the moment and enjoying every bit of it, and honestly, that made it even more special.

Thank you to everyone who came out, helped, supported, and made this week unforgettable for our residents and staff. We truly have an outstanding Madison Healthcare family! ❤️

Day 4 of Nursing Home Week at Madison Healthcare was a winner with our Casino Day celebration! Residents had an absolute blast trying their luck and enjoying all the fun.
