!HAPPY NEW YEAR!

2026 is the year of the Fire Horse!

:)

I've been posting a bit about it on social media and talking about it in MoonLodge.

It is what I call a THRESHOLD year... and we will all have to cross this threshold.

It can be an exciting threshold if you choose evolutionary change.

It can be a daunting threshold if you resist the pressure to forge, refine and renew your life.

Either way, we are all in it together and I've been eager to get into it.

My year begins with an evolutionary step...

I'll be traveling to Spain to complete my certification as a Mindvalley Manifestation Coach.

What does that mean?

I'm adding knowledge, new skill, expansive insight and renewed motivation to my coaching work with individuals, couples and families.

If you're in my Legacy Circle you know my passion for helping couples create a VISION for their life and relationship that leaves a Legacy of Vibrant Love & Health for their children and generations to come.

If not, you definitely know my passion for helping people love the life their living and helping couples LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER... for real.

So, this additional training gives me more tools and more practices to HELP YOU manifest your ideal life, cultivate a thriving coupleship and create your ultimate legacy.

Just as I encourage learning and evolution to my student-clients, I too must continue to learn and evolve. So I'm super excited for all that I'll receive in Spain and all that I will bring back to you.

💫 Happy New Year 💫

As we cross the threshold from 2025 into 2026, I want to honor this moment as an important Rite of Passage.

We stand with one foot in what has been…
and one foot in what is coming.

The 2025 Conclave ~ including all that we learned, healed, recognized, released, and amplified ~ mattered.

Not simply as personal growth, but as real spiritual training in a time when humanity is being asked to mature ~ and to do so quickly.

I want you to feel that.
Your effort is not small.
Your presence is not casual.

And now… as 2026 opens...
..here is a simple frame from the esoteric lineage ~ one I return to often because it brings clarity without drama:

We do not live in a dead universe.

In the theosophical stream of wisdom,
our solar system is understood as the expression of a greater Living Intelligence,
and the prevailing quality of this system is Love-Wisdom ~ an intelligent, magnetic coherence that draws life into right relationship.

That may sound cosmic.
But it becomes very practical when we realize this:

Love is not just an emotion.
Love is an organizing force.

A frequency.
A law.
A field that strengthens when we participate consciously.

This is why thresholds like tonight matter.

They amplify choice.
They magnify intention.
They shape what comes next ~ individually and collectively.

So rather than resolutions or grand plans, I want to offer you something much simpler.

Something you can do today, and every day for the coming year.

And if you do, I promise you will not be the same by the end of 2026.

💫 60-Second Practice for Crossing the Threshold 💫

Arrive ~ one breath
Feel your feet if standing or your seat if sitting.
Take one slow, deep breath and let yourself land.

Align ~ one breath
Bring your attention to your heart.
Inhale gently.
Exhale and soften.

Choose ~ one breath
Silently say:
Let love organize my thoughts, my words, and my actions today.

Ask ~ one simple question
What is one choice I can make today that nourishes my life and the life of others?

That’s it.
No fixing.
No forcing.
Just coherence.

As we cross tonight's threshold into the new year, may 2026 bring you:
💫 clarity without harshness
💫 power without force
💫 and love that truly organizes your life from the inside out.

Your presence matters.
Your choices matter.
And how you cross this year shapes what you carry forward.

So I invite you to pause tonight,
and as the clock strikes midnight,
gently ask yourself:
what is calling me forward into my most beautiful life?

Hear the answer. Respond. Enjoy every moment of 2026.

After 30 years I finally got back to Paris...
..not once, but TWICE, in the last few months. (pictures below)

And it felt so, so, so good.

I love feeling good, physically~mentally~emotionally~energetically, and I love, love, love helping others feel good too!

Happy Wednesday,

Last month I found myself unexpectedly standing on the Mindvalley U Tribe stage in Amsterdam.

No notes, no plan ~ just me, a mini cheering section of new friends, and a whole lot of love to share.

We’d spent our days in deep conversation and our nights out dancing (so good, so fun!).

Then suddenly, there I was, looking out at a sea of faces from around the world… and speaking straight from my heart.

In just 5 minutes, I shared what it means to rise in love and to create a legacy of vibrant love that lasts for generations to come.

It was one of those milestone moments in life ~ the kind that makes me pause, take a deep breath, and whisper: yes, this is why I do what I do.
