We’re a fast-growing healthcare organization seeking a Revenue Cycle & Patient Accounts Coordinator to lead billing operations, manage patient accounts, and ensure accurate payment posting across our urgent care clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full revenue cycle: charges, claims, collections
Communicate with patients about balances and billing questions
Post insurance and patient payments; reconcile daily deposits
Monitor key metrics and identify workflow improvements

Qualifications:

3+ years in medical billing, revenue cycle, or patient accounts
Strong knowledge of insurance claims and EOBs
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
