**⚠️ Infant Formula Recall & Safety Alert — Please Share ⚠️**

On **November 8, 2025**, the **CDC** and **FDA** alerted states to an outbreak of *infant botulism* associated with **ByHeart Whole Nutrition infant formula**.

Initially, only two lots were recalled by ByHeart, Inc.
However, the recall has now been **expanded to include *all* ByHeart formula products** — this includes both **cans** and **self-serve packets** made by the brand.
