Backpacks, bruises, & big growth spurts… oh my! 🫣

Our little ones put their developing spines through a LOT, especially when school starts back! Between heavy backpacks, playground wipeouts, screen time slouching, and sitting in desks all day, their bodies are constantly adjusting,so we help them adjust the right way! 🤗
