The food of the day is LEGUMES. When I say legumes I am referring to beans, peas, and lentils-foods high in fiber and protein. Other benefits include:
1. Help normalize cholesterol
2.. Contribute to a healthy digestive system
3. Contains multiple B-vitamins including folic acid, thiamin, riboflavin, and niacin
Legumes are so versatile. Enjoy them in salads, soups, as parts of dip-or as a side dish or main dish for you vegetarians
