Wear Red Day is More Than a Moment - - It's a Movement!

We are proud to celebrate 15 years of prioritizing community health and wellness, grounded in advocacy, education and collective care through the Wear Red Day Observance & Awareness Celebration!
As we step into the New Year, we invite you to set a heart-healthy goal that you will commit to between now and the event, such as:
♥️ Schedule your annual exam with your physician.
♥️ Know your numbers - what is your current blood pressure?
♥️ Walk 150 minutes each week.
♥️ Eat 1-2 servings of fruit or vegetables at each meal and snack.
♥️ Prepare for stressful situations by practicing deep breathing or yoga each day.

Wear Red Day isn't just an event -- it's a lifelong commitment to learning, healing and growing together in heart health.

Help us reach our goal!

We are in the final stretch of our end of year campaign and thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we have made powerful progress.
